Shortbread Cookies

The best and buttery shortbread cookies that are sure to melt in your mouth this holiday season!

• 2 cups butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 4 cups all purpose flour
• 1-2 tablespoons milk

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Add flour and mix. Add milk until the dough is similar to play dough consistency.
3. Scoop the dough into a cookie press. Press to form the cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until very lightly golden on the bottom.
