Grape Gorgonzola Pizza

Sweet grapes, savory sausage, bold Gorgonzola, all on a crispy premade crust = gourmet made EASY!
Ingredients:
1 premade pizza crust (store-bought or par-baked)
1/3 cup apple juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
3/4 cup red or black seedless grapes, halved
1/2 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional but amazing)
Freshly ground black pepper
Honey (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (or follow crust package instructions).
- Place your premade crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush lightly with olive oil.
- In a medium saucepan add juice and sugar. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil stirring until the sugar dissolves. Continue to boil until reduced to about 1 tablespoon. Approx. 5 minutes. Add grapes and gently stir to coat. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Sprinkle pizza dough evenly with mozzarella, then Gorgonzola.
- Add the cooked sausage, onion, and the cooked grape halves across the top.
- Sprinkle with rosemary and a touch of black pepper.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Optional: After baking, drizzle with honey for a sweet finish.
