¼ cup frozen pineapple

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup milK
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon honey

**Vitamin C Smoothie
**1/2 orange peeled and de-segmented
2 regular carrots
1 apple chopped
