Prep: 15 minutes  - Serves: 6

  • 1            package (10 ounces) grape tomato medley, quartered
  • 1            garlic clove, minced
  • 1            medium peach, halved, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2       jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2       medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4       cup chopped red onion
  • 1            tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2       teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4       teaspoon ground black pepper

In large bowl, toss all ingredients. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
