Ingredients:
- 4 beef burger patties (store-bought or handmade)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups cooked pulled pork (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, plus more for serving
- 4 brioche buns, toasted
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 8 dill pickle chips
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Season burger patties with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry over medium heat until fully cooked, about 4–5 minutes per side. In a small bowl, toss pulled pork with BBQ sauce until evenly coated. In another bowl, mix coleslaw, red onion, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
To assemble, place a cooked patty on the bottom bun, then layer with pulled pork, slaw, pickle chips, and a drizzle of extra BBQ sauce. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
