Sheet Pan Sausage & Vegetables
Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables is sure to be a favorite. The combination of tasty smoked sausage and tender roasted vegetables is absolutely delicious. Plus it is easy to make!
- 1/2 onion
- 1 small squash
- 1 small zucchini
- 6 oz broccoli florets (approx 2 cups)
- 1/2 red pepper
- 14 oz smoked sausage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Cut veggies down to one-inch chunks to cook evenly.
- Slice the sausage in one-inch circles.
- Add the sausage to the veggies to large bowl and add olive oil and seasoning.
- Stir until the sausage and veggies are evenly coated.
- Pour onto the cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then turn everything over and bake for another 8 minutes or until veggies reach desired doneness.
